Medway and Swale HaCP Insight Gathering Network

21 Medway and Swale community organisations and 9 Medway and Swale PPGs were invited to take part in the first Medway and Swale Health and Care Partnership Insight Gathering Network survey.

These questions were designed to directly inform Medway and Swale Health and Care Partnership’s social regeneration approach. The data from the survey landed within a secure platform hosted by Healthwatch Medway who undertook the analysis and wrote this report.
