Finance Assistant

Salary: 26k per annum 

Contract: Part time (22.5 hours)

Reporting to: Management Accountant

We are recruiting a finance assistant to support our Management Accountant. You will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of the finance department. To be considered for this role, you should have experience in a similar position and possess a solid understanding of accounting principles.

You will be part of a team that values teamwork, integrity, and commitment to quality, and we are excited to have someone join us who shares these values. This is an office-based role.

This role will suit someone who is currently studying for an accountancy qualification, or who like to start studying.

Social Value Impact and Evaluation Lead 

Salary: 35k per annum based on required skills

Contract: Full time

Reporting to: EK360 MD

 

Post summary:

Social value and impact evaluation are terms that can be applied to measurement of impact at both an individual, micro community level and at a system level. This post will lead in the ongoing development of impact measurement and evaluation across EK360 to demonstrate the difference that EK360 and its associated contracts/projects make at all levels.

 

The post will lead in all areas of social value and impact reporting, this will include:

  • Driving the internal delivery of the organisation’s ESG policy, monitoring and reporting on its annual achievements

  • Driving and monitoring successful delivery of any social value pledges made in tenders/contracts

  • Building an organisational wide approach to social value reporting in terms of the impact on citizens it serves

  • Leading the organisation in how it evaluates impact of its work, broader than just social value, drawing on other evaluation methodologies as required.

Strategically, this post will be responsible for ensuring EK360 is considered a market leader in evaluation and social value reporting across the Kent and Medway Health and Care system and beyond.

 

The post will lead in ensuring that projects/contracts have mechanisms in place to track actions, outcomes and review recommendations. They will be responsible for driving the continuous development and improvement of frameworks that capture, create and measure outcomes and impacts demonstrating the value of our work to stakeholders, commissioners, patients and public.

 

They will lead in the delivery of evaluations, particularly utilising qualitative evidence across EK360 including dedicated time within the different pillars of the organisation.

Healthwatch Medway Manager

Salary: 38k per annum based on required skills

Contract: Full time

Reporting to: Managing Director, EK360

 

Post summary:

The post holder will lead a small team of staff and volunteers providing a Healthwatch Service for the defined area. Working to ensure that local Healthwatch meets its statutory obligations, and improves services by engaging with communities across the area, hearing their views and using the feedback from public and stakeholders to decide priorities and inform and influence commissioners and providers. To maintain positive, constructive relationships with key stakeholders and publish reports on what has been achieved.

Project Co-ordinator (Maternity Cover - 24 Month Contract)

The project coordinator will be the first point of contact for partners and stakeholders involved in the delivery of the project and will coordinate the delivery, budget, issues and risks of the project. They will make sure the project is well-organised and that it runs smoothly. This will include communicating with stakeholders and contacts within the organization to make sure everyone is on the same page.

We’re looking for a dynamic person with ability to manage your own workload with high degree of initiative. You’ll be passionate about engaging with people and upholding people’s rights to receive high quality health and social care services.

Outcomes and Engagement Officer - Peoples Voice

Salary: 26k per annum based on required skills

Contract: Full time

Reporting to: Stakeholder and Impact Manager

Responsible for: Volunteers

 

Post summary:

This post will work within the engagement team, undertaking public facing engagement with a lead on supporting the contract to capture, track and evidence outcomes of the work of the People’s Voice contract including Healthwatch Kent.

 

Working closely with colleagues across the contract area the post will lead in oversight of the action tracker to monitor and review recommendations, actions, and continuous development frameworks to drive service improvements and create measurable outcomes and impacts to demonstrate the value of our work to stakeholders, commissioners, patients and public. It will also help ensure outcomes are planned for by embedding a theory of change approach throughout the contract.
