How we work
EK360 is a Community Interest Company that works to improve health outcomes for local communities in the UK.
We have primarily worked in health and social care over our 10 years of business, but we recognise that health and wellbeing is much more than the services that provide health care and social care.
A large part of the work that we do at EK360 looks at the surrounding building blocks of life – everything that affects population health that isn’t directly related to services. We regularly release short insights on what we are hearing on the ground from our regular engagement work.

We work very closely with the Kent and Medway health and social care system, but our methodology is not restricted by sector or geography.
Our strapline is engage, reflect, improve – and that is what we do. It’s the methodology used throughout all our projects, all our commissioned work and behind all our insights. We engage with our communities, we reflect on what we are hearing and research the surrounding context as to why and use those insights to drive real and positive change, not just for those using health and social care services, but everyone living across the UK!
