Mental Health Voice
Welcome to the home of Mental Health Voice

We want to hear from people who have mental a mental illness, and those who care for them, about their experiences of using mental health services across Kent and Medway.
From the experiences we gather, we create Insight reports that we raise directly with mental health services, service providers and other mental health professionals.

We share all the experiences we have gathered about mental health at our Local Mental Health Network meetings, which generate actions for change. Your experiences are the heart of these discussions.

What is Mental Health Voice?
Mental Health User Voice is the platform that gives people with mental health (and their families) a voice. It’s a new model that we’ve developed and evolved through a year-long process working hand in hand with people with mental health, carers and the organisations that commission and deliver mental health services.
It ensures that your voice is heard by the right people, in the right way, at the right time to ensure maximum impact.
We now have dedicated people in every part of Kent who are proactively hearing from people with mental illness and their carers to gather their feedback. We call these people our engagement providers, and they will work with you to try and resolve any issues as well as sharing the stories at our Kent wide Local Mental Health Network meeting every quarter.

Our MHV Insight reports
We publish regular reports from what we are hearing across the mental health system. These are currently free to the public to download. If there is a specific topic within mental health you would like more information on, don't hesitate to reach out to us on hello@ek360.co.uk.
EK360 works widely across the health and social care system. Why not have a look at our other Insight reports?
What difference can your voice make?

As part of Mental Health Voice, EK360 hosts the Local Mental Health Network meetings on a regular basis. These meetings are a space where professionals can come together to discuss changes in the system, experiences and Insights from recent Mental Health Voice reports.
Local engagement providers will provide latest local feedback from people using and caring for those aged 16+ using mental health services. These identified trends and issues will create topics for discussion with a view to finding local resolution where possible.
