Learn to be a Lived Experience Representative
We’re looking for people across Kent and Medway who have experience of struggling to find or keep paid work, especially where this is linked to health or disability.
This is a learning opportunity where you’ll build skills, grow in confidence, and work alongside others to share real-life experiences with the people who design local health and employment services. You’ll learn how to listen to others, spot common themes, and help make sure people’s voices are heard when decisions are made.
You don’t need any formal experience – just a willingness to talk, listen, and help improve things for others.
Around 8 hours per month
Up to 18 months (with a shorter option available)
Mostly in-person sessions (travel costs covered)
Full support, training and mentoring provided
Opportunity to gain a recognised accreditation
This is a voluntary opportunity focused on learning, sharing experiences, and making a difference.
If you are interested, please apply as soon as you can.
Applications can be in writing, by video or audio recording. Please send them to people@ek360.co.uk
Remember we are looking for people who want to turn their life experiences into a force for change, tell us about why you would like to be part of this team and how you meet the criteria.
We can't wait to hear from you!
