I have been trying to get hold of the Doctors surgery on and off for at least 2 weeks now. Every time, I am around 26th in the call queue.

I like our GP's new system. It has meant I've actually spoken to someone and had tests organised very quickly. Before Covid, I spent a long time re-dialling the surgery early each morning, only to be told try again tomorrow. This has worked.
