How did people cope during August?

21 October 2020

Since the start of the pandemic, we have been sharing with decision makers in the NHS and social care details of how the public are coping.

Every fortnight we give decision makers the details about what people have told us. We also publish a monthly report which summarises everything we’ve heard that month.

In August we heard an increase in;

  • concerns about going back to school

  • people struggling to see a dentist

  • stories about blood tests and the phlebotomy services

  • using technology to access GP and outpatient appointments
