How are online referral systems being received?

This report shows a summary of the main issues the public are facing with the current referral service, and what we hope the Electronic Optimisation Referral System (EROS) will address.

We will be returning to Kent hospitals in November 2024 to track the progress made on our recommendations by the new referral system and the difference it is making to patients.
