The highlights

We'd had lots of great moments last year but here are a few key highlights. In 2019 - 2020 we;

• supported 1,456 people

• reached 57,498 people

• helped people to get a wheelchair quicker

• made it easier for partially sighted people to attend a hospital appointment

• ensured people who have had a stroke and their carers are involved in the design of the new stroke service
