Focus on nursing care at home on the Isle of Sheppey

On the Isle of Sheppey, 700 people receive nursing care at home from Virgincare. We wanted to hear what their experience was like.

Summary

We wrote to all 700 people and invited them to share their experience with us in a safe and secure way.  Only 19 people responded but everything they told us is in our report.

The people we heard from were positive about the care and attention that they received from Virgin nurses.
