Do you or does someone you know have mental health problems?

Welcome to (3).png

We want to hear your experiences and use them to help improve services for others.

We want to hear from people who have a mental illness, and those who care for them. We want to hear your experiences of mental health services in Kent.

We’ll use those experiences to help improve mental health services for everyone.

Mental Health User Voice is the platform that gives people with mental health (and their families) a voice. It’s a new model that we’ve developed and evolved through a year long process working hand in hand with people with mental health, carers and the organisations that commission and deliver mental health services. It ensures that your voice is heard by the right people, in the right way, at the right time to ensure maximum impact.

We now have dedicated people in every part of Kent who are proactively hearing from people with mental illness and their carers to gather their feedback. We call these people our engagement providers, and they will work with you to try and resolve any issues as well as sharing the stories at our Kent wide meeting every quarter.

Have you got an experience to share?

You can tell us your experience of mental health, whether you live with mental health issues, have used or are using mental health services or care for a loved one who is living with mental health issues. Together, we can make a difference to those who need it most.

"One client really needed support from mental health services and couldn't seem to get the support they needed,  but contacts from LMHNs and EK360 enabled us to raise this issue to the people who needed to see it."

"The opportunity to speak to someone specifically about this feedback has been so helpful, [I] felt relieved and better just by sharing."

"It has been lovely to network with local services which in turns means having more support for the community."
